Shelter Mankind is a B- Corporation designed with a giveback component at its core with varying percentage of proceeds going directly back into The Shelter Mankind Marvel Project, a 501 c-3 a non profit consisting of:

 

SM Lab- A think tank devoted to creating new products, philosophies and saving planet Earth. It is a design and engineering studio working on product design, technology, building systems and architecture 100% committed to re-thinking housing as we know it. All products are focused on sustainability, licensing and patents with proceeds benefiting the non-profit, full circle.

SM Plan- Is a planning division that is focused on planning, zoning and governmental issues working with communities to consult and change policies for housing affordability.

SM Capital- Is a finance and investment division working on strategies to fund and partner with projects in communities providing shelter.

SM Collapse- Is our environmental disaster housing program to help provide safe shelter for those affected from catastrophic events.

SM Trades- A program to expand the trades through training and mentoring. Helping to create our future generations of doers, makers and craftsman. Made with your OWN two hands, recapturing manufacturing and the ever evolving magic of the human touch.
